Mark plays an 11 string monster?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Re: Getty Township in Lawrence, KS
No, it's only got 10 strings. It's an extended range bass. And boy, can the low notes rattle foundations. It would probably not be a good idea if he were to play it in California, seeing as the San Andreas Fault puts the state in a precarious position. He used it once during a performance of Eight Miles High. Wow!jps wrote:Mark plays an 11 string monster?!?!?!?!?!?!?

First gig we ever played, we all knew we didn't have enough material for the two hours we were supposed to play. So he says "I can bring my extended range bass and fill in a little with some of my own music." We said "Sure. We'd love to hear it." We still feature a short set of him playing the ERB.
