How can I touch up this Ric?

Hey everyone, I'm new hear...and was told that Mark MD could help me. I have a 360V64 and noticed a few minor chips on the black trim of the sound hole. They are not deep grooves, but rather it looks as though the black paint missed these areas. Is there any way I can touch them up with something that would not seep into the finish of the guitar. I was thinking of just using a permanent marker, but feared the maple fibers would absorb the ink and become visible through the finish of the body. Thanks for your help, Phil K
