Addition to FAQ?

We get a lot of folks asking how to attach photos to their posts. Perhaps an explanation on how to do so should be added under Attachments to make it easier for new members to learn this.

That would be especially helpful for me if it also included the maximum file size and maximum pixel counts. That information changes periodically, so it would be nice to have it displayed in a fixed location for easy reference such as the one jps suggested.

If someone cares to write a small addition I will gladly add it to the FAQ. Can't handle it myself at the moment
