Babicz RIC Bridge

Post by K9-4026 »

Offered here:

Any experience with this product?

My Reissue Precision has the Fender version, and volume and resonance changed noticeably.

Thanx, all.

I'd like to try one, but I've read a few complaints about not being able to get the action as low as a stock bridge. Unfortunate, because I like a real low action. :(

I don't see how bolting that relatively large part on top of a stock tailpiece could ever get good action. I've got the new V2 tailpiece on both my newwe Ricks, and adjustability is great.

I have one installed on my '87V63 and it is very nice.
Nothing extraordinary or troublesome. Just does the job well.
I had forgotten it was even on the bass until I was catching up on the RRF threads
