Re: Rick' & Vox amps… the best wedding ?

Pretty hard to argue with a Ric and a Vox. "It's a Ric and a Vox, it's my Ric and a Vox, girl" . . . okay now I'm just being silly.

Re: Favorite dirt pedal with Ric

Favorite dirt pedal with Ric

What's your favorite dirt pedal to pair with a Rickenbacker? I only have a modded Rat and a Fulltone Soul Bender, but I'm interested in finding something that really sounds good with my 330. I really like how my Vox AC15C1 sounds with the gain turned up.

Re: Beater Rickenbackers Anyone?

"Beater Rickenbacker." Wow . . . I'm trying to think if I've ever seen a seriously reliced or beaten up Rickenbacker . . . aside from anything used by Pete Townshend, that is! :D

Rick Miller of S.C.O.T.S fame would beg to differ, I'm sure! :D

Re: Yep...you just can't solo on a Rick!!!

Some guitars lend themselves to a certain playing style, while some lead you to play a certain way. I think Telecasters fall into the latter category. Perhaps Ricks do as well. I've only had mine for a week, so we'll see how it affects my playing in the long run, but if nothing else it's making me w...

Re: New member - new Ric

Thanks! It's nice to be here! I've been a long time Rickenbacker admirer. This is actually my second Rick, as I bought a 360 six or seven years ago. But I ended up selling it a month or so later because I had buyer's remorse and needed the money elsewhere. I've been kicking myself ever since. But th...

Re: New member - new Ric

Thanks! I tried posting a pic of it alongside my Vox AC15C1 (in British racing green) but the pic is too big. I'll try to figure it out.

New member - new Ric

Hello all, I just got my new 330 last week after pining for one for years. Rickenbacker hadn't made any lefty guitars or basses since 2008 so I decided to pull the trigger when I found out that they did a short run of lefty 330s this fall. Just thought I'd say hello!
