Haven't had a problem getting good blues tones out of any of my Rics. The 650 series is probably the best suited for it, though, it's a bit easier to bend strings on those unfinished necks.

Dropped D sounds great on my Ricks, for "Cinnamon Girl", "World on a String" and stuff like that. Never had a problem with tuning or intonation.

Thanks for the reply, Brian. I just gave it another try, and it does fit, just barely. It's a very tight squeeze. It was a bit tight for my 330 at first, though, so maybe they just need some time to expand a bit to fit the guitar.

What case for a 360WB?

I got my Ebay'ed 360WB today and I love it! Gotta get it a case, though, I can't have a Rick staying in a gig bag. I tried to stick it in my 330's case and it doesn't fit. What sort of case am I going to have to get for it? Is there an SKB style that will work? I guess I could go with a vintage ...

I certainly wasn't *planning* on buying another Rick last night, but that seems to be the way these things happen.

I've found, from past Rick buying experiences, that man CAN live on Ramen noodles alone. Image

I can't wait to get it!

So will this fit in a normal 330 case? I can't let it stay in that nasty old gig bag! Image

Footage of John with his 325/12

Snooping around on Youtube and found this gem. They're miming the song, but there are some good shots of the Rick. A very enthusiastic crowd, too! Apologies if this has already been posted.
