Glad you got it work Chris. I have to set the input to active because the output of my 4003 is so hot it distorts on passive!

I have the original version, which has a few less features and you have to access some of the functions, like the tuner, through a menu instead of a stand alone button. I have no problems hearing my bass through it relative to the CD. I find it to be a very useful tool when learning new songs. The ...

"Can't Let Go" is on "Car Wheels on a Gravel Road" and was written by Randy Weeks. Great song and she does a great job with it. It's the only song on the album that she didn't write or co-write.

When I use a pick on bass,I use the typical picking pattern of d/u/d/u. But for some reason, when I play guitar, I favor upstrokes. I'll begin with a downstroke, but for some reason when I switch chords, I tend to be on the upstroke. Makes things sound a little different.
