New old stock 4002's???

Post by dswp »

Mr. Hall stated in the guitar section of the Forum, regarding overruns, of guitar editions.

"I still have a pallet load of 4002 basses"

Mr. Hall, what kind of airplane do you want, I'll trade ya... Image

Dave's the only one that's got the right price!

Let's see, a Bell JetRanger B III oughta do it nicely. Tank of fuel too, of course. (Make it an A-Star and you can have the whole pallet load!)

A friend of mine's dad works in a high position at the Gulfstream factory in Savannah, GA. I'll see if I can pull some strings . . . hahaha!

Here's an interesting business model for Rickenbacker ... stash away some 4001V63, 4005, 4003s5, 4003s8, 4004LK, 4004CI, 2030, basses and store them for several years then sell them for $5000, $10,000, $15,000 a pop ...

I say sell the 4002 basses to forum members ... I'll jump on that bandwagon ... although I don't have an airplane to trade ...
