Unbelievable, it just gets better and better on that place.

Yes, but putting a year and date next to "all original" at least qualifies it to mean all parts from that year.

The vintage guitar market sucks bad. It's very difficult to find an "all original" piece that some idiot hasn't tampered with or isn't trying to sell as "all original" 1968 with pots ...

Not to hijack this thread too much more, but Xcoyle, you are right. I bought a 68 Tele from CME that was reported to be "all original." Ya, I guess it was, until I removed the pick guard and found a pot replaced. They must have a strange definition of "all original." And man, it was tough getting my ...

Frank, I hear you on the VS. I have the HD 2480; it's a nice machine. I just hooked it up with the "3" card and Antares Autotune, which I sorely need for my vox.

Anyway, as to your original question, you don't really use it. I know some folks do, and that's great. But, I don't use it.

On a ...

So, basically, this guy did something to your guitar that you didn't want him to do? Who does he think he is? Without knowing this person, I can say that is out of line for a guitar repair guy to do. As a guitar repair service, he should do only what you say. Not to mention, he drilled holes in your ...
