Re: Love my Rics but its time for a Tele. Ric/Tele owners he
I agree on the Squier guitars, and think they are
better than the MIM Fenders.
Over the winter, I wanted a Tele but,
I don't really care for the Tele headstock.
I ended up getting a Squier Vintage Modified
Telecaster Special in Butternut Blonde.
It has a Jazz Master neck and headstock,

A 350/6 in FG or JG
full width triangle inlays
R tailpiece
double plain white bindings
neck bindings
white pick guards
three hi gain pickups
5 way pickup switch
21 frets small fret wire
The blend knob would have a pull out switch
to make the center pickup go out of phase.

Re: New here. My two Rickenbackers...
Hi and welcome, I'm new here myself.
Congrats on the SH, I'd like one of those in my
collection.
I've noticed the fretboard inlays look a bit gold or
yellow on the SH.
Does anyone know if that's the original color, or
is it due to age?

Just another new guy
Hello,
An old new guy here. I've been playing bass since
78, and guitar since 80. I've been interested in Rics
since I heard RUSH back in the 70's but didn't get
my first 4003 until nine years ago.
I'm really enjoying the topics here. I hope to add a
350v63 sometime this year, but really wish it ...
