325C64 with Trapeze?

This may have been answered already but can a 325C64 be fitted with a trapeze tailpiece (like the 350V63) without modification?

I am on a waiting list for a 325C64 but really never use tremolo systems. I have a few old guitars with Bigsbys and I never use them. But the trapeze on my 660 is just ...

John Scofield

I'm not a big jazz guy but I happened to be talking with a friend about John Scofield, and went to his website to check out what guitars he is playing these days. No, not Rickenbackers! But I did come across this old pic of him WITH a Rickenbacker, going through, what looks like an old Ampeg Gemini ...

George with 325

I came across this pic of George holding John's 325 before the refinish. (Complete with missing knob! )

Although I have pics of John with Georges Rick, I have never seen a pic of George with this guitar before.Image

I have a Jetglo 620, a classic combination that ALWAYS works. What doesn't look good in JG?

Also have a midnight blue 660. I had reservations about the blue but it is really beautiful - very classy. Looks great on the small body of the 600 series. Don't think you'll have any regrets.

The gold ...

I actually like Some Girls quite a bit. Not as strong as their early 70's stuff, but it had a strong spirit.

It seems that the album is associated with disco because of the "Miss You" single but that was such a small part. More than Disco, I think the Stones at this point WERE inspired by the ...

I'm more partial to Lennon's compositions myself, but as mentioned by many, IMO it was the competitive dynamic between McCartney and Lennon that fueled their best efforts.

Lennon was a soul searcher, far more discontent. He had a lot of demons, probably more than McCartney. When he sang "Don't ...

Robin Zander

You gotta love Cheap Trick - still rockin after all these years.
I saw them twice in 2005 and they were fantastic. Robin Zander still has an incredible voice and still pulls out his ol' Rickenbacker 450 for a bunch of tunes. Here are some 2007 pics of him playing his old Ric from the CT website ...

:-) No strings on either the Vox or the SG because I was cleaning them and getting ready to restring. I jumped the gun and took the photos before I put the strings on. The Vox plays really good, have played it many times on stage and recording. It has a unique sound - doesn't sound like a Fender ...

The Family: Ricks, Vox and SG

I was doing some much needed guitar cleaning and restringing. Thought I'd take a minute and take some family shots. It's interesting to see the proportions of the different guitars next to each other. The Vox is a 1967 Mark VI. The SG is one of those strange early 70's SG mutations (1971 SG Deluxe ...

I don't think that's why he smashed it. I didn't hear a screw up plus everybody messes up a part here and there. I WOULD more likely believe being hit by something would cause him to get that ******.

Edge - Please don't KICK that RICK!

The Edge must have been in a REALLY bad mood at this show. Ouch, that hurts.

660/12 Arrived Today!

My first electric 12 string arrived today, a Midnight Blue 660/12.
It joins it's 6 string brother, my Jetglo 620/6.

Here are the first family shots. It was LOVE at first chiming chord!
