LOL, yeah I'm not planning on it. But you make a valid point. I guess I just figured since Mike isn't a household name like Clapton, etc. that it would further limit any possibility from that happening. It's a shame. I've been wanting a MC Rick 350 for years. If only it was as simple as modding a 24 ...

Sadly, Duesenberg just posted a new photo on their facebook page that says they're introducing the Mike Campbell II at NAMM this year. I'm guessing this will probably erase any possibility of a Rickenbacker MC350.

But I guess the slim possibility still exists.

That "52 Reissue Tele" is actually a custom made tele style by Toru Nittono. I know he's made guitars for several people before, but I don't know any particular details on that particular guitar. Tom seems to have retired that guitar since the 99 Echo tour.

The Rick Petty used on Mystic Eyes last night is a Rose Morris model from the 60's I believe. The 330 "Gold" that Petty used on Free Fallin' and DCAHNM, was a custom model Petty had made at the same time his 660 was made. Rickenbacker/Petty decided to go with the 660-12TP for his signature series ...
