Here's a closer view of Squire's FOOW ric. Is this recently been made for him? I have never seen him pictured with it before.

Re: Earley YES Pictures..2 Ricks ;)
what i can gather is during the yes album era, chris got his 2nd ric. The model is a 4001. It has triangular inlays and has binding too. Even in the fragile cd album booklet, you get to see the 2 ricks together at home with Chris. 4001s and the 4001.

Re: Squire's technique showcased
I'm hoping we will get an in depth history/pics on each of Chris's Bass guitars (the popular ones) on his website soon. He could provide us with info every month on each of his guitars. He could call it Bass info of the Month. Of course the first feature would have to be his trademark 4001s.

Re: Squire's technique showcased

It really should be transferred to DVD with some bonus features maybe? I have worn this video tape out, but i managed to get Chris to sign the cover for ...

Re: Fragile vs. Close to the Edge?
Fragile, i think is mainly lets show the world what each of us can do kind of record.
Close to the edge is lets show the world what we can do when we play together kind of record.
Myself? I prefer Close to the edge.
