Think of it as volume balance control between the two pick-ups. Turning it one way will give you more volume to the bridge and less to the neck. Turning it the other was has the opposite effect. Tone controls are not involved in this. They are set to the individual pick-ups.

The learning curve for me has been an interesting journey. Just for the record, the instruments being used are two guitars; a Gretsch 6119HT'62 as mentioned above for the lead, a Taylor T5 for the rhythm and a Korg Kontrol 49 midi studio controller for the other instruments which are bongo, cymbal ...

Thanks for listening Sheena and Tom.
Tom, thanks for the critique. The levels as played on a computer speaker system may not be as appealing as it might be, being played on a home stereo system. In other words, it just sounds better on a home stereo. If you are able, why not see if that is the case ...

Hello gang, I don't know why it has a loading error. However I found that if you click the start arrow on the player, then right click where the picture is in the player and click 'forward', it will load. Sorry for the inconvenience. Image

Since this particular run of guitars has ...

The characteristics of the 60's FireGlo is the reason I, myself, would name the color 'FireGlo'. Perhaps this is why it was named this? Notice the edge of my 366/12... Image
