Thanks Thomas, that's kind of what I'd thought, I guess it is all down to the individual guitar at the end of the day.
I'd be interested in whether people think the two would be worth about the same, baring in mind that the c58 is newer and more accurate and the v59 is rarer and approaching ...

325 Trade Deal Advice
Hi guys,
I've been offered a straight trade deal and hoping to get some input...
I have a mint condition 1990 325v59 in Jetglo with full Lennon mods and I have the opportunity to do a straight trade for a mint condition 325c58 also in Jetglo with full Lennon mods.
The guy I would be trading with ...

Beatles Rehearsals
Hi guys,
Despite having read all of the major recognised literature on the Fab Four I've never seen much about when & more interestingly where they rehearsed.
With such tight performances on record and live shows to prepare for they must have made time to arrange and practice on a regular basis ...

Re: I'm in top 5 mood... :Paul McCartney
Here are mine, I've based my choices (rightly or wrongly) on songs I consider good enough to have made it to a Beatles album.
1: Maybe I'm Amazed
2: Band on the Run
3: Every Night
4: Live & Let Die
5: Jet
Yep, all the commercial stuff, but also all the best stuff too IMO

320 to 325
Hi all,
I picked up a nice early 80's 320 in Jetglo last year which has quickly become my favourite guitar. (please see attached pic)
I'm a massive Beatles fan and so I have gone down the well trodden route of lennonizing the 320 to 325 'miami' specs.
I've replaced the 'R' tailpiece with an ...

Re: Your Favorite Album
Has anyone noticed how it has has become more and more unfashionable to regard Pepper as the Fab's best album?
It used to be the case a few years back, (in England anyway) that it went without saying that Pepper was the best album ever made and everything else was battling for silver. So what's ...

Re: Lennon's Sonic Blue Stratocaster
Thanks Bill,
Yes, I noted a suspiciously similar coloured guitar on video footage from those sessions, but I was puzzled by the neck.
I guess it may have been swapped out for some reason. I wonder if Yoko still has it?

Lennon's Sonic Blue Stratocaster
Hi all,
Does anyone know whatever happened to Lennon's Sonic Blue Strat?
It was originally bought as one of a pair for John & George (both in the same colour).
George's of course was given the psychedelic paint treatment and became 'Rocky' of magical Mystery Tour fame, but does anyone know the ...

Re: Calling all 320 owners: please check in
Just Received my 1984 Jet Glow 320, so this is me checking in! :D
Absolutely love the guitar, plays like a dream, sounds incredible and allows me to fondly imagine that I play just like Lennon :D
The only thing I would say is that I will probably swap out the 'R' tailpiece for either a Bigsby B5 ...

Re: Beatle lyrics
I was going to post this earlier. I have often wondered if, in his heart, he was singing "she's a ***** teaser" I've listened with headphones and the jury is still out.
I believe the original lyric was written as '*****' teaser but was later cleaned up for the recording. it wouldn't surprise me ...

Re: Paul plays A Day In The Life in concert
I was there in the front row at Anfield, Liverpool on June 1st this year when he played A Day in the life. My girlfriend had earlier asked me if he was going to play it as it's one of her favourites and I'd replied 'absolutely no chance'! I've never been more pleased to be proved wrong!

Best Beatles Tab Book
Hi Guys,
Just wondering if anyone has any views on the best Beatles Tabulature book? I've printed loads of random sheets of tabs from the net but would love to have them all in one place in a nice book if possible.
I've got a pretty decent Chord book but would love a Tab equivalent to play all ...
