Get comfortable. Nearly ten minutes long. I'm not sure what Al Cisneros used to record this, but I had seen a few pictures of him recently in a studio playing a 4003W. This sounds great.

Thanks John! Yeah thats the 4003W. Its also the main bass on the new Om album.

I'm still in the camp of the fingers of the player makes most of the sound of the player... the touch is all important! Certain basses will have their 'sound' but lets face it.. McCartney, Squire, Lee, Rick James, Gibb, Glover.... (you get the idea) all essentially playing a similar instrument make ...

...Al, I've seen quite a few of your YT vids and appreciate your sound and style...would like to hear you playin that with other basses(e.g. Thunderbird, Roadstar,...) for comparison :roll: ? But Pauls piece of art is just purdy!

Try any Guitar Center if you want to hear those other basses. Good ...

I, too, wish the sound quality of the video could be better, but that's not what you mean. So, I'll politely disagree ...

We just completed the new album. Awaiting test pressings...release date tba. For this album I was able to use the 4003S5 on a couple of tracks. Updates soon.

We're only doing NYC, Calgary and LA on this run. Yes, Roeder on drums.
