You should be able to get an excellent blues sound out of almost any Ric. I can with my 620, every bit as good as you can get with a strat or a tele. The 330 and the 360 should really be able to get some great blues tone.

Rickygirl, so do I have to fly over to England to hear your band? What sort of music to you play?

I took mine off right away. I didn't know that it had any special significance. I did, however, keep it! I attached it to the original reciept.

I just got my new 620(fg) on Wednesday. The paperwork said it was made in July of 2008. There are no significant changes on the headstock or elsewhere that I can detect.
