Re: North Coast Vox AC15
I asked Greg about the possibility of using a Black Dog, but he reminded me that it's an 8 Ohm speaker; he could do it, but I wouldn't be able to run another speaker off the same amp.

Wharfedale! sorry.
I like the idea of the Black Dog speaker, maybe I'll ask about that as an alternate

Re: North Coast Vox AC15
I'm not really hung up on the Warfdales, I just think the North Coast version at $800 with the custom cabinet and the burn-in represents a better value than paying $900(+) for an off-the-shelf AC15 with the Celestion.jingle_jangle wrote:

Re: North Coast Vox AC15
I've been hunting around for an AC15 locally for a while now, but these things are rare as hen's teeth (at least with the standard Warfdale).
We're talking about the AC15CC?
Where do you live that they're few & far between?
MD suburbs of DC. Everyone seems to have the CCX with the Celestion ...

North Coast Vox AC15
I've been hunting around for an AC15 locally for a while now, but these things are rare as hen's teeth (at least with the standard Warfdale). So I started hunting online and found the North Coast site. I'm really interested in the Fawn AC15 with the custom cabinet.
Has anyone else had experience ...

Re: Group Therapy for Ric Owners-In-Waiting
OK, reading through this thread makes me feel a lot better about UPS taking a week to go from Kansas to Maryland.
Carry on.

Re: New Rickenbacker coming today!
I have a 620/6 (JG) coming this week from Musician's Friend, pairing it up with an AC4TV combo for now.
