Hi, instead of "tonight" I should better have written "tonight in a month".
However, here is a pic of my beauty:

No, I am a straight rhythm player, so my choice with the wound string the last times was right.

Now, nearly two years, after I opened this thread I want to tell you, that I finished the modifying on my guitar (actually since april).
I made a 320v64 out of it, with toasters, a trapeze tailpiece and vintage style knobs.
As I mentioned earlier, I rewired the fith knob as a volumecontrol for the ...

I bought my 330 red BT from the money i got for my 16th Bithday. Rics were very hard to find in germany at that time (still they are) and so for my luck a local store had this beauty in his storage for about ten years, it was built in 1990. Now I'm 18 and I have two other Rics, too (620/12 MG; 320 ...

I'm doing this website, because I think the red is an otstanding color combined with the black hardware.
I still can't understand why noone seemed to buy these beautiful guitars and bassed. Well, I did it.
Everytime when I play live with this guitar the people are asking if this is really a Ric ...

What would your own Signature-Edition look like?

Just imagine:
RIC is calling you to ask if they're allowed to do a Signature-Edition with YOUR name on it.

What would it be like?

Mine would be that:
a 620 with a shortscale ( -> maybe 680??)
a third pickup, maybe toasters
and in Turqouise.

It's a 680FR TUR (FR is for Florian Reitz ...

I think, it would be nice to have a 360c58 series, just like David's.
I like those Capri bodies. They had a slightly different shape, right?

Sightseeing in London

Hi, there! I'm going to be in London, soon and I wanted to know, what beatles-related things I've got to see.
Are those clubs where the Beatles were all the time (bag'o'nails, etc.) are still there?

Hi, I'm from Germany ,too. (Funny, if two Germans talk English to each other ;-)
Where are you from, perhaps I can help you finding a Rick.
You know you'll have to pay taxes, when buying from america?
I bought a used 620/12 last year and I had to pay about 125 EUR taxes from an ammount of $500.

Modifying my new 320

Hi, I recieved a '91 320 JG this week and I have got a few questions:
I'd like to install a vibrato-tailpiece, but which one? Bigsby or Ac'cent? (I'll use it the 'Lennon'-way, i.e. not, just for look)
Will it fit into it's case anymore when having installed a vibrato?
Now the Pickups: A the ...

One last question:
Will the 320 fit into his case anymore when I have installed the Bigsby?
