If you scroll down you'll see him playing along to his CD's. His sound on the Sgt Pepper songs is excellent, considering he's using round wounds. He makes me want to practice a whole lot more!

Bobcat, you're playing the music I wish I could find a band to play! Do you have a band website or any music posted online? I'd enjoy hearing some of the beloved classics.

My feeling is that most are buying it not as a player, but more as a cash cow. I could be wrong.

I owe Dale big time. When I got my bass back from Ted, it needed a partial refin. Paul W was backed up for 3-4 months or so. Dale was able to do it virtually right away. An unfinished neck would have had to be cleaned with Naptha after every playing, not fun at all (unless you like to sniff Naptha).
