We cannot be on "credit hold" as we are COD ...

Re: New jetglo 650c damaged, but how?

Dan: This is certainly not a reason to jump ship. You and I will resolve this as quickly as possible and everything will be fine. I am certainly not upset with you. It's a common thing for me to have to deal with a damage claim of some sort regardless of the carrier or circumstances. This is a great ...

Re: New jetglo 650c damaged, but how?

I believe it was caused by the aluminum trim of the case. Black paint chips could prove difficult to find in a black case lining. The 24 fret guitars sit much closer to it than the 21 fret 620's and a good jarring on the box end could certainly force the guitar into the trim without causing damage ...

Re: New jetglo 650c damaged, but how?

Gentleman: I have sat quietly and read this post. I am the dealer who sold Dan this guitar. I can assure all of you that this guitar or any other would not leave this shop in that condition. I have had many dealings with UPS, Fed Ex and the likes. It is certainly feasible that this occured during ...

In regards to the 360 Tuxedo, I can only say that the seller told me to come and pick up the guitar. It would have been entirely up to him to cancel the bids and/or end the auction. I certainly could not do so on his part. Gary I apologize if you feel I've done you wrong. I was unaware that the ...
