Welcome to the wonderful world of the C63!
I got mine a few years ago, and I use a little Vox practice amp or else the big mother Fender Twin Reverb.

Robert, I hate to say it, but it might be an idea for you to spring for 2-way shipping and try the C63 for its playability, perhaps if purchasing from someone who'll give you an audition period.
I used to have a RM model 370/12, which I think had generally the same neck geometry as the C64 model ...

I had the 12-saddle bridge on my 360/12 CW reslotted this week. At first I thought the problem lay in the string spacing at the nut, but after sitting down with a local luthier it was explained that the problem was caused by the way the strings lined up at the bridge. I finally plugged it in today ...

This is a recommendation to anyone who cannot enjoy playing their Rick 330, 360 or 620 12 strings because of crowded string pairs.
