Routing decreaseing value?
Would it affect the resale value of my bass much if I widened the rout around the bridge pickup 3mm each side under the pickup surround. It wont be wisable when the surround is on. I´d just like to try something different pickup wise for a while and I will use a custom made surround that fits the new pickup and makes it look kind of stock.

I'd say leave it alone or experiment with pickups that fit in the existing space. Seymour Duncan and Bartolini make pickups that drop-in and a Rick hi-gain pickup from a 4003 would be another option as well. You could probably even find a way to drop-in a humbucker from a 4004 if you wanted to. I'm probably not telling you anything that you didn't already know here but...that's my two cent's worth.
Play what you love, love what you play!

I have already taken off the shoes. I really like the sound but I´ve got constant GAS.
And right now I´d like to try a Dark Star pickup on this bass. I´ve read so much great things about this pickup and I believe that it would sound great in this bass. Basically I was going to make a pickup surround like the one on my bass but all flat and have it chrome plated. Then I would put the Dark Star above the new pup surround.
Here is info about the pickup:

Joakim, i have a 67 4001s and someone at one time routed out the treble cavity to add a p-bass pickup,i spent a lot of money having maple fillers put in still will never be the same but its the best thing i could do,i would not recommend doing this to a v63 they are too nice and sound great with that pickup you will not get a better sound from any other pickup!
