Neck Twist on a '92 360/12 V64 ???

Hi all. i've recently noticed my 360/12V64 seems to be twisted "up" on the bass side of the neck. unfortunately after following the very well written instructions on adjusting the neck on these forums it still seems out of true.
can someone snap a pic of their 12 string looking down the neck from the headstock? seems the end of the headstock doesnt line up with the body...hence the twist. i can also notice it looking down at the fretboard while looking from a "playing angle" a bit. is this normal? there isnt enough room on the bass truss rod to completely flatten it out. my 6 string isnt like this.
any suggestions? am i imagining this?

sure i'll snap a pic. i have the guitar torn down with no tension on the neck right now and the twist is still there (albeit a little less noticable).
the thing that was bugging me was that i was unable to tighten the truss rod on the bass side enough to flatten the neck. for the record, the other truss rod was adjusting fine and flattened out the neck nicely, but the bass side being bent up may have skewed this adjustment.
i have a new set of rods coming and am hoping that the problem was perhaps in the rods, or at least more workable with new ones.

anybody else ever tackled this problem? i assume you can straighten the neck with the dual truss rod system, but i am leery of tightening one too much to straighten the neck before even starting the adjustment of the neck to flatten it for action's sake.

I have to say I have never experienced this problem. It's not unheard of, but very rare. It is a testament to Rickenbacker that I have never owned a RIC (out of over 300) with this issue.

it's hard to see, but it's there. it seemed more pronounced when fully strung and in tune. i'll take more pics and update this thread after installing new truss rods and setting it up again.

i just installed a new set of truss rods and the neck is much more adjustable. the action seems ok now but the headstock still isnt "flat" and/or in line with the body. i guess if i can get it setup and playing well it doesn't matter.
i'll post another picture once the rods have had a chance to "set in".

Looking from tail to headstock in the pictures, the neck seems to be twisted clockwise about 3 degrees or so.

I have had some headstocks that were never quite parallel with the body when sighted. As long as the neck is straight, I would't worry about that too much.
