I think Sat the 14th may be better as we would have more time overall.

I plan on coming in Friday afternoon anyway so if poeple get there Friday we can get together for dinner, etc.

I will be flying in on Friday for the weekend and leaving on Sunday, so I am available 24/7 for any/all confluence meetings/get-togethers/etc. As far as which side -- I guess closest to Port Columbus International Airport. Thats where I'm flying in.

Yes, Chris! I will be bringing my trusty '66 "dedgoat." I really can't imagine a better neck profile 4005 out there.

Also will bring my laptop and digital camera so we can post drunken photos of ourselves so everyone can make fun of us!

Since I am a police officer I can provide unofficial security at the event. I'm there for fun so I won't commit to anything more than "I'll do what I can" but more of my concern is what do we do if we go out to dinner/boozing. I'm not sure I'd feel too comfortable just putting my Rics in my room and hoping for the best.
I'll probably just bring the 4003s8 and, John Hall willing, the 4004LK

I'll check out Signature, as long as the conference room is big enough I say go for it. Chris, all you'd have to do is take I-70 east to I-270 north around the top side of the city and get off at Cleveland Ave..

BTW if Mr. Hall did feel like attending I would certainly promise to not be a thorn in his side about the LK issue.....I could see how things like that could deter him from such adventures.
