I remember when they were called 'plectrums'.

'Plecenbackers' or 'Rickenrums' doesn't sound any where near as good as yours, Paul!!

If they're tortoise shell maybe they'd be 'Tortoipickenbackers' or 'Pickentortoibackers'!
