Color(s) of the Year?

When did RIC start with the color of the year? How many colors? I know of four.

The first I heard of was Sea Green in 2000, so that would be 5 I think unless they had the same one for two years in a row.

Bob, forgot that one and it makes five or six. I count BB, BBR, MB, Burgundy, Sea Green and was Azurglo one?

I'd like to see White again. Haven't seen many Ric's in White. With Gold Pickups maybe??

Actually, Howard. there are some white Ricks floating about. There are a couple on Rick Pages, although they're both long gone (sold).
