back in '98, I FedExed a near mint '65 360/12 to Tom Trig. The headstock was broken off at the nut. I had bought insurance and packed it well. It took me 10 months and a lot of research to get FedEx to pay for it. You have rights. A fellow RIC lover and attorney, Mike Phillips of Cary,NC wrote a letter for me. They sent me a chack for $2500. AND I got to keep the guitar! DON'T GIVE UP THE FIGHT.

Every time I see pics of that guitar, I shed a tear...what a bummer..

My V63 FG had a nice footprint on the box-courtesy of a FedX employee.

The p'up mount was busted. They did want to process a claim until pics and a statement from the driver showed up.
