Oh wait, these are all Guitar Centre auctions and most are fireglos. Good thing we can tell the difference!
Another thing to remember is that Autumnglo is a satin finish, while Walnut is the gloss version, so many of the "real" Autumnglos posted are actually Walnut. I saw an Autumnglo in a store recently, and the satin finish looks very different from the gloss one (and, to me, is unmistakeable for gloss!).

It is Autumnglo, satin finish. I actually played that one at Guitar Center Fountain Valley a couple of weeks ago. One other guy was using their proper Ampeg rig so I had to settle for some cruddy combo amp where I couldn't even here the bloody thing (you know how it is in Guitar Center). BUT, it is a -nice- bass and feels sooooo good. The neck is slim and perfect for my small hands. Unfortunately the salesman wanted $1700, I told him I'd give him $1100
. He said he paid $1500. I said too bad.

I found this picture, which I think shows off the satin finish. I also noticed the lighting from this show is a little different than the earlier ones I posted, which have more red in them, while the ones in this thread look more brown, which I think is a more accurate representation of the actual finish...
