Looking for a good 2x10 combo
I'm looking to get a good 2x10 combo to combine with my current tubeworks 7200 MosValve 15' combo.
Part of me wants something tube... but I am open to options. I am basically looking for a setup that will be my main rig for both home (headphone bypass is ideal), jams, and club sized gigs. In times of need I would link in my big 15 (130W)... so it would also need to be able to drive that.
Any ideas? I play modern rock/alternative.

I sold a GK 400RB 2 x 10 combo a few months ago. It was a great little combo, I just didn't have much use for it.
I had been looking for one of those Tubeworks MosValve 7200 15" combos. I don't think Genz-Benz makes those anymore. It was supposed to be a really good combo that could handle a B string very well.

JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS!
I have a Carvin 2x10...I'm sure there are people who feel their amps and cabs are second rate, but I'm prety happy with this cabinet, but at times I think I need a little more. Don't know if it's the cabinet or moment or the player!

Above e-mail is inactive. try ed_ardzinski@**** where **** is Hotmail.com or Yahoo.com. I tend to see things inthe hotmail box quicker...

I second Joakim's advice : Ashdown are great sounding amps, especially the ABM series.
Here's a link to one of their sweet 2x10 combos :

I'll take a closer look at the ashdowns.
Another tubeworks would be a good idea... though I don't think GB produces them anymore... but I really do like the tube preamp... so I will keep my eye out.
I'm also looking into the idea of a single 10" combo that could just sit on top of the 15". One in the 100-150W range would pair well with my 130W tubeworks and the two together should be enough for the size of shows we are/will be doing...
I really just want something that will A: give me punch, and B: serve as a more appropriate practice amp for home as I need to blast the 15 to get it's true sound.
