I'll put in a vote right now for a Combo 850v57 and I won't quibble over color (although that teal/clover color with gold accents would look awfully nice)

There's a beautiful picture of a maple-glo one on page 18 of the Rickenbacker book by Bacon and Day.

Combo 850 would be my second choice, right behind '58 Capri.
