Yes -- thank God for Hot Topic. I am 6' tall and 250 lbs., they are they only place I've found that makes XXL and XXXL shirts that are cool. It's funny - I was in a band in Oklahoma City a few years ago, and our singer's fiancee was an actual fashion model, with a portfolio, modelling career, and everything. She was our fashion coordinator, I guess. She took one look at me and said, "You wear all black." Haha. It has stuck, I love those shirts. Good stuff. And... it does matter what your stage look is; it's an important part of the band's presence. I'm not much in the way of looks, so dressing it up helps every little bit.

"'How much more black could it be?' and the answer is 'None - none more black!'"

Well, actually it could be some more black (knobs, non-toaster neck pup), but I wanted to use the quote!

"Spinal Tap" is one of the top 5 greatest movies of all-time, Ever.

Nate, whether you choose black or blue, make sure it goes to 'Eleven"!

"Well, actually it could be some more black ..."

It needs an ebony fingerboard!

yeah, if I had a Blackstar maybe I could live up to the Spinal Tap quote. I guess actually it could be way more black than it is...

Jasper the cat still likes it though!

The better color is unquestionably Montezuma Brown. This color has been proven scientifically to be THE better color.
Thank you, thank you very much....

My favorite finish, for basses with body binding, is definitely Jetglo.
For unbound bodies, I love mapleglo and fireglo.
And all this with white trim.
Cheers

when picking out my 4003, my wife immediately pointed to the Jetglo. It reminded her of her mom's accordian with the chrome and sharp contrasting colors. I have to agree. It does look clean, elegant, and sharp. Now the fingerprints though....that's another story

Ok... I think I'll stick with Jetglo. Just a classic look to it. People know it's a Rick. When I think of a Rick I think Jetglo 4001/3. Now for the Rick after this one... I think it might be blue.
