The long wait is over! Glad to see it showed up before the confluence. Wow, if yours is #21 and they're being released sequentially, we still have a way to go to #60. Congrats again!

I'm not shocked at all....I knew it was just a matter of time Image. I'm very mod friendly in general....but not for the LK.

I'd like to be able to have volume/tone controls for eack pickup individually but I'd have to drill out the mini toggle switch hole for a third stacked pot and that is NOT an option.

That is some beautiful bass, enjoy it. Does it sound like a 4001/4003 at all?

That was one bass I did not touch at the confluence. I observed it, smelled it, felt it's presence, but feared had I touched it, I would never have let go.

May be the only one I'll see in my lifetime. Thanks Brian for sharing it with us.

Brian,

I must admit that I was somewhat skeptical that you would receive your Lemmy in time for the Confluence, but you lucked out. The ordeal is finally over for you. Congrats, and I hope you get many years of enjoyment out of your new LK.

Your new LK is #21 and you're apparently the third person on Mike Parks' list to receive your Lemmy. It is nice to finally see some movement on the Lemmys, but I'm near the end of Mike Parks' list and it looks like it could still be quite a long wait for me. Nevertheless, I still await my LK with eager anticipation.

Your new LK is quite a beauty and thanks for sharing some pix and observations about it with us. Here's two thumbs up at ya!

Jack....it sounds alot like my 4003(s) that I have with Bartolini p/u's. The Ric's signature tone with more low end and just a bit clearer. Of course with some overdrive (ok alot) you get all of that Lemmy-goodness too.

Marc......I wish you had played it, that is why I took it since most people won't get the chance to check one out that often. Besides maybe you wouldn't have liked it so you could have scratched it off of your list. The setup does need some tweaking so maybe it would have turned you off Image.

Pete....John Hall said they'd be done this summer so maybe you'll get it sooner than you think. I was as or more annoyed than anybody about the long wait but I can say that now that I have it all that I feel is thrilled and happy that Ric made these at all regardless of the wait. My only regret is that I didn't order two or three Image. Of course it is easy for me to say now....
