Help? How much should I sell '72 Jetglo for?

Post by rickyb »

Hi, I just inherited a 1972 Jetglo (it's black and white)and I'm wondering how much these are going for...might anyone know where I could find this info. Also, where would I post it other than ebay?

Post a few pics here so we can see the condition and the way it is trimmed out. There are many variables to consider when appraising guitars.

Thx ...will do. I don't know much about these guitars, but I found this forum and thought you guys would best know about these basses. I'll post a pic tomorrow.

$35,000...maybe two or three beat up, worn out, old instruments in one of GC's "vintage instrument" rooms. Image

Jetglo 72?

Up to $1800 in presumed great condition, of the 72s around, Jetglo is the most common.

FYI,
Mine is a Nov.72...jetglo....and ahem ,slightly modded with newer tuners, a 3 ply pickguard, had j/b p/u's (since reversed) , now with a newer high-gain bass p/u.....the finish is still VERY nice....paid about $1300 for it recently...
