How Does Quality Control Work?

I guess the answer at Rickenbacker is pretty darn good.

So I thought Mr. Hall might brag about how they do it. Are their several people at each step of the process who are in charge of QC?

Or does JH have to personally go through all the sanded guitars and check or reject, move on to the spraying section, check or reject, etc.?

There are so many management models.
Just curious.

I should give them my address where they can ship some factory rejects from time to time, hey, I'll even pay the shipping fees.
