I've been thinking about this one for a while, just going to pick 5 of them since I cannot narrow them down.

I Am The Walrus
Strawberry Fields
Penny Lane
Getting Better
A Day in the Life
Ticket to Ride (couldnt leave that off, sorry)

I am leaving out like 25 others that I love. Top 5 lists suck! Image

Songs I dont like a lot...
Well, hate doing these too, but...
Please Mr. Postman
Why Dont We Do it in the Road
The Word
Ob-La-Di
Wild Honey Pie

I find it funny how much our tastes differ Image... But it just goes to show that with The Beatles, there is something for everyone.

I actually love "The Word" and its made a few members 'Least 5' lists. :p

I always loved that song also, is one of my favorites on rubber Soul. Was one of their more rocking tunes, a little funky too for them. A forerunner of the freak lyrics also.

I am much more of a fan of the Pepper - MMT - White Album - era than the early stuff, although there are certainly some gems in there. I have a bad association with "The Word", which is why its on my list.

I used to play Everybody etc. in a band and got that exact sound with a pick and palm muting the 4001 I had at the time, although some people here say it was a jazz. In fact the guitar player was a Beatle freak and it blew his mind how close it sounded.
