Hey Bill (Stubby) - there is a thread called Band Names under the Rickenbacker Forum Comments - I believe it was last remarked on 3/29/05 - some great stories there!

I try not to worry about when I'm going to die. Hey, it's a part of life and I feel I can accept that. I'm sorry to hear that some people feel that they won't make it to a certain age, but if that's meant to be then make the most of your life doing things that make you happy. That way, when the dreaded time comes, it's not so bad since you had (hopefully) a great life.

Robert, I agree. It's always in the back of my mind but I don't let it hinder me.

Everybody's Dayplanner has a last page...
I didn't get where I am today by being on time...

Remember that Redbone tune, "Born To Be Alive"? That phrase always cracked me up...
I didn't get where I am today by being on time...

I've got this hanging on my door at the office,

"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming- "WOW!"- "What a Ride!'

I'm right on track for being able to say that when the time comes...
I didn't get where I am today by being on time...
