3,4,and 7 were my faves. Awesome Credence man!
I liked the tempo change in #4, and #7 had elements of an upright sound? Cool.

The latest thing around here is flatwounds, don't miss the boat Jeff, you'll lose your "modern" image. You can get them for 5 stringers you know, of course then you wouldn't need the pod because you'd have a great tone right out of the box.

I was on another bass website, and one guy said his fingertips hurt from RWs. He wanted to put Ashbury strings on his bass!

3 and 4 were recorded with a 1973 4001 into a bass pod and then into an SWR bass amp ... and the xlr out into a digital recording unit ...

#7 was recorded with this frankensteined Ric 2020-5 with a bass pod direct into a 4 track analog recorder ...

it has very hot hb-2 pickups wired with 2 1000k ohm volume pots and one 500k tone pot ... it is a kick *** studio bass ... and a good live bass too ...
