That's a nice one, huh?
Funny I didn't find that on my own, I have a search bookmarked for Rickenbacker basses.
Operator error, most likely.

I have the same problems on occasions. I search on Rickenbacker, then 4001, then v63 and at times I'll find things in the follow ups that don't surface in the first pass.

try this search. It even covers typos like "RickenbacHer", and searches all categories in all countries.

Thanks for sharing your "secret"! But is the '73 jetglo 4001 listed within that search, or am I overlooking it?

I just search for "Rickenbacker" in musical instruments. This morning there were 139 hits...yes some BS, a bunch of guitars (but I also play guitar and sometimes peek). I'm not sure you can really come up with a "perfect" search string...Ilan's looked pretty comprehensive.

I miss a few, but generally find most of the auctions we discuss here. Not sure I saw this particular one...I had already looked at it this morning via the link in this thread, then I searched the eBay pages...I should have seen the hyperlink on eBay already colored, but don't recall. Of course it was about 6 AM, and I wasn't really looking that hard! Image
Above e-mail is inactive. try ed_ardzinski@**** where **** is Hotmail.com or Yahoo.com. I tend to see things inthe hotmail box quicker...

I'm giving it some thought since I like the sound of my other '73 and I might want to get another one for gigging.
If you think all is going well, you've obviously overlooked something.

Lars: there's a little "-" before the "eddie", "pin" etc., I'm just filtering out BS and non-bass items.

Mike: the 1973 doesn't show up because it's from an eBay store.
