I would have bought it but it is a long way for me to go to pick it up! And I would have paid twice that price too!

... YOU MUST PICK UP THE AMP OR ARRANGE FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING ...

I understood that phrasing to mean that one had to contact a shipper that would go to the seller's pick-up location, pick up the item, box/crate it, and then ship it. These companies are very expensive - I had looked into that for a large acrylic box we had at work, and it would have cost us $500 to ship it that way.
