Grommets under guards- cutoff year?
Anyone have any idea when they stopped the practice of putting grommets under the main pickguard, between guard and body? I have been shown a picture of a 1964 Model 1995 Rose-Morris (yes, I believe it's a real export, Jan. 64) that has them.

My vintage 2004 381 has 'em.

Strike that, Bob. In my early morning bleariness, I misread "pickguard" as "pickup".
Mea culpa.
