I have to chime in with high praise for Chris Clayton. During the past three weeks, I've been deliberating about a couple of different Rickenbacker 620s. From the technical to the neurotic, Chris answered all of my questions. He also set my mind at ease about making what, for me, is a huge investment. Whether I phoned or e-mailed, Chris always responded in a timely, friendly, and knowledgeable manner. I can't wait until my guitar arrives!
