Dang it! I stay away from this forum because when I'm here, I get RAS or GAS or whatever you call it. This forum is responsible (in part) for my getting a 660/12 and V63 bass...So just when I think it's safe to return, I get to this thread and see that beauty-ous 660 in Blue Burst...dang it! Must...resist...wife will kill me...

Hi ! New guy here. I ordered a 370 BBR from Pick of ricks. Been waiting waiting waiting. In My job I deal with lots of manufacturers, buying products that take from 2 weeks to 1 year to deliver. I can call anyone of them for an update and they can tell me what week they are at least suppose to ship. Is there a way to find out from the Ric factory when they will begin to ship. It doesnt look like many have shipped , they havent showed up on anyones website.

rick
That's just my opinion , I could be wrong.

So far, I have seen a 4003BBR (Which was a NAMM piece), a 330BBR, and a 660BBR, thats it.

I think the first question is,,,,, when will the Monti Browns and Blue Boys be finished (I have one of each on order all well 5002 / 4003 VP FL)?

I would think that Ric would finish those production runs first.

However, that is speculation only.

John -where have you seen the 330 BBR? Any pix? I've only seen the 4003 and the 660.

Thanks John - I must've missed the pictures of the 330. I suppose I could plug in "330" or "blueburst" as a search term in the forum's engine, but then again, maybe I should just search on "Rickenbacker?" Anybody else know the thread of which John speaks?

Thanks Patrick-that guitar is stunning! I kind of wish I hadn't seen it though. I still have a long wait for my 360 and out of sight, out of mind should probably be the ticket for me.

I really only like BlueBurst on the 660, 381 and basses. I don't think it looks very good on the unflamed guitars. Thats just me

Aye Aye Cap'n She be a fine 330! I bet the 620 would be downright seaworthy in BBR. (so to speak.)

That's funny, Graham, I'm the opposite about BBR, I haven't cared for it on the flamey wood. But who knows... maybe the right one is out there waiting...
