found a good way to compensate for the weight of the 12 string headstock pulling the neck down while playing standing up? I'd sure love to hear how you managed it.Not For 12-String Pros Only ;^)

I've got a 660/12, Tony, but noticed it on my 330/12, too.
I was talking to the PROS, Karl.
Already tried that, Chris.
It does help some, Cole, but I think I'm going to find some way to add some weight to the (Trapeze) tailpiece on the 660. I've got some Lead from Hobby Lobby; maybe I'll see if I can stuff some into the control cavity. The 660 is pretty light, so a couple of lbs. won't make too much difference.

I've got 30+ years of playing behind my belt.
25 years of Rickenbacker experience.
I have owned 20+ Rickenbackers alone.
5 Rickenbacker 12 strings.
I came very close to completing a degree in music before I went into the medical field.
I got signed to a record label back in the 80's and had an album released nationally at the age of 20.
I have shared the stage with dozens of respected PROS (I have a photo somewhere in my files of Will Lee and I playing together...one of the worlds TOP bass players!)
I guess I'm not PRO enough. lol
I do have a sense of humor and I can also recommend a few great BBQ joints if you ever make it down to Texas.

And there you have the two sides of Karl Teten...
Thanks for the resumé, Karl!
