Look at this picture, which appears to be a "clownglo".

The guitar in this picture is a 1967 336/12.

330 Fireglos very often photograph like that.

Bob, you know that I'm very choosey about my FG colour (can't wait to get your 330-12) & pics like that make it very hard to decide if you like it or not.

Your right John, they do photo like that very often. There is an '80's 330 on ebay now that I am interested in, but the pic is not too far removed from above & when you're as choosey about FG as I am, it makes the difference wheather you pull the trigger or not.
'Rickenbacker'...what a name! After all these years, it still thrills me.

Sorry guys, what do you mean by "Clownglo"? Are you referring to the apparent lack of smooth gradient between the red and the natural?
