I'm fine as long as they don't start making Hot Pinkglo.

And hey, like I said, you can't knock a nice Jetglo!

You know it's funny I've owned two fireglo rics and sold both of them. At one time I was going to try to get one of each color until I realized with both black and white trim and S models I would have to buy at least 50 basses, probably more? haha! At least I do have a couple of colors that are kind of uncommon and sought after, Sea green and Azureglo.

Aren't there some around here who have bought that many?

Well hey, if Ben Hall says it is his favorite model, and someday he controls the company-

maybe we will see the 4005 reborn after all!

God thing I am relatively young and might see it in my lifetime... Image

Bob: It was a while back that someone here got JH talking about a possible forum bass and the 4005 came up. John did not close the door on the idea but placed it low on the list of possibilties. I could have mis-read John's response when he asked the suggester if he had ever actually heard a 4005. I could be wrong but the implication seemed to be that John does not like the 5's tone.

BTW the hollow Lakland is VERY sweet. I have played both the Chicago built and the Skyline versions. I would take either.
