Spacehog

Any Spacehog fans cruising the forums? I was curious if anyone out there has a copy of the Spacehog DVD that was made a few years back.

Yeah they released a DVD for fans in conjunction with Hogspace.org (I think thats what the webpage was) and I was hoping someone on here would have it. I never got to see them unfortunately but maybe one day they'll get back together again. Here's to wishful thinking.

Just listened to The Tender Trio over on myspace.com. Royston Langdon's new band. They sound awesomely. Check them out either through Thetendertrio.com or through Myspace.com. Simply wonderful. I don't think he's playing his Ricky anymore though. The pics on the webpage show him with a Gibson EB-0.

Yeah, Royston switched Bass's once Spacehog broke up. He is indeed using a Gibby now.

It's unfortunate, as the Bassline for "In the Meantime" had a beautiful FAT flatwound Rick sound to it.

I'm a huge fan of all his basslines really, no matter what he's playing, but I think the basslines on Almond Kisses and Carry On are fantastic, so is Only A Few

I got to see Spacehog a few years ago. Great show, but the best part was that I was standing next to Royston's wife-to-be at the time, Liv Tyler. Man, was she hot!

She still is super hot. He's a lucky man. Erik have you checked out his new band?
