I used the Ebay "report a fraudulent item" process yesterday, and indicated the seller was abusing the trademarked name "Rickenbacker", and was deliberatley misleading potential buyers .... who knows, maybe the combined complaints worked.

JH, must have stopped at a cyber café or something .I emailed the guy a week ago a long with a bunch of us.justice has been served.

Jim, I'll e-mail you later tonight, or go ahead and e-mail the details so far and Ill read them at home tonight. I've very busy and then, to add insult to injury, the people in the apartment across from me flooded my kitchen via the sink yesterday, so I will be doing a major hold-my-nose decontamination after work tonight ...
