I used the Ebay "report a fraudulent item" process yesterday, and indicated the seller was abusing the trademarked name "Rickenbacker", and was deliberatley misleading potential buyers .... who knows, maybe the combined complaints worked.

I've very busy and then, to add insult to injury, the people in the apartment across from me flooded my kitchen via the sink yesterday, so I will be doing a major hold-my-nose decontamination after work tonight ...
