I recently bought a 1968 366/12, and it has hi-gain pickups. I was going to replace these with toasters, but the thought occurred to me that these may be original, as it is my understanding that hi-gains were included on some 1968 guitars?
Is it possible that the guitar I have has the correct pick-ups, and is there any way to determine this?
Along the same lines, is it possible to obtain a copy of the original invoice for this guitar from RIC?
I love having a Rick again!

Thanks for the replies. I think it has mushroom type. They protrude like half-moons about 1/16 of an inch. (Can you direct me to a picture of the screw shaft type?) I didn't want to replace them if they might be original. I actually like the way they sound, but I would like it to be as original as possible.
Can anybody answer the invoice question?
