2030-2060 basses

Post by Marc »

Does anyone know anything about the 2030-2060
basses? I am thinking of buying one from a local shop. There don't seem to be to many people using these. Any info on these basses could be helpfull.
Thanks,

Marc.

Marc: Although these basses and guitars in the same 200 Series are not often talked about with the same frequency as other Rickenbacker models, they should be! I have talked with a number of bass players who enjoy the 2030 and 2050 and use these instruments as their main bass. You may find some additional information obtained from the Official RIC site regarding the 200 Series to be of interest.

There is a nice photo of Klaus Metzger on stage with his Model 2030 Jetglo.
